Fixtures and Replacements
For faucets, toilets, bidets or other fixtures, include the product model, the current arrangement and what needs to change. Access, fit and existing connections can affect the work. Do not assume that a new fixture includes moving supply or waste lines or repairing surrounding finishes.
Showers Tubs and Surrounding Surfaces
A shower-pan issue, damaged tile and a bathtub replacement are different requests even when they concern the same room. Include photos of joints, visible damage and nearby surfaces. Tile repair and grout work should be considered with the condition underneath; a new visible finish cannot substitute for a failed waterproofing system.
Vanities Mirrors and Enclosures
Dimensions, mounting support, product clearances and existing connections matter for vanities, mirrors and enclosures. Share the exact product and any restrictions around doors, cabinets or fixtures. Identify electrical, plumbing or wall changes separately rather than treating them as an automatic part of mounting or fitting.
Pumps Pipes and Utility Conditions
For sump-pump, disposal or pipe-insulation requests, explain the equipment, symptom and existing setup. Include model details and previous repairs if known. Active leakage or another urgent condition needs prompt appropriate attention; a routine project inquiry is not a substitute for an emergency response.
Coordinate Trades and the Larger Project
Confirm the work, trade qualifications and any permit responsibilities required for the particular installation or repair. When layout, plumbing, waterproofing and several finishes change together, compare bathroom remodeling. Include your city, photos and what must remain usable during the work so the scope can be reviewed realistically.
