Appliance Installation or Repair
For installation, include the new model, opening dimensions and existing power, water, drainage or vent connections. For repair, describe symptoms, error messages, age and previous work. A replacement does not automatically include new circuits, plumbing changes or alterations to surrounding cabinets.
Garage Doors Openers and Sensors
Door movement, an opener fault and a sensor issue should be described separately. Use garage-door installation and repair for the door system and its condition. Provide the model, visible photos and what happens during operation. Do not adjust springs or other loaded components to prepare information for a request.
Storage and Organization
Cabinets, shelves and overhead racks need a plan for stored items, vehicle clearance, door travel and mounting support. Send dimensions and product instructions, and identify anything attached to the existing walls or ceiling. Product capacity and the supporting structure should be reviewed together before the layout is finalized.
Heating and Cooling Requests
For HVAC services, identify the equipment, model and whether the request concerns performance, repair, replacement or a new installation. Describe access, existing connections and any recurring symptoms. Gas, refrigerant, combustion and electrical work must be identified as distinct technical scopes with appropriate trade support.
Coordinate the Complete Project
Tell us about delivery, removal, disposal, finish repairs and any other work needed around the equipment. Confirm who will perform each part and any required approvals before scheduling. Include your city, safe visible photos and the intended result; model and connection information is more useful than a guess about the cause of a fault.
Call (223) 226-1828 or send the project details to discuss the next step.
